Once you submit your request, I'll review it to determine if I'm the right fit for your needs. If so, I'll send you a proposal with your exact pricing before we move forward. Please provide as much detail upfront as possible!

✦ TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • No refunds.

  • Payments via PayPal invoices (USD) or transfers/deposits (MXN).

  • Payment upfront, I have references if you need.

  • 3 weeks to 3 months turnarounds.

  • I reserve the right to reject the order if I have any problems with the content.

  • WIPs will be provided, only 3 changes per sketch then $2 USD will be charge per change.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and portfolio, if you want to keep private you must pay an extra fee (+100%) and the final price.

  • Additional cost for many details or rush commissions.

  • All commissions may include my watermark that you may not remove.

  • Finished artwork will be sent via google drive.

  • I have the right to stream your commission timelapse on my twitch and youtube channel.

  • I retain the copyright (Intellectual property) over the commissioned artwork.

  • You can't use the artwork to train AI or upload in any AI site.

  • If all slots are taken, you will automatically enter on the waiting list.

✦ EXTRAS FOR COMMERCIAL USE

  • Base commercial use +20% (streams, videos, youtube, pfp, banners, etc.)

  • For digital commercial use, the fee is already included in the base price (Only Vtuber, Vroid, PNGtuber, PNGtuber+, emotes and logos).

  • For physical and digital (like memberships rewards) merchandise you will have to pay an extra +100%

  • The "artist" role in twitch is very appreciated, find me like "96nocturnal".

  • Feel free to do whatever you want with the art :D! (that's why you pay extra fees)

✦ EXTRAS FOR ADOPTABLES

  • Give me credit design. It doesn't matter how you use your character, but if you haven't paid for commercial use please give me credit for the design.

  • Don't remove credit. Please don't delete the credits of any adoptable, the watermarks do not affect the character, there is no reason to edit them (Only in the original image ofc).

  • You can resell the adopt when it has more commissioned art. In order to raise the price of the design it is necessary to have commissioned art or have traded it, doing it on your own does not affect the monetary value.

  • There are no refunds of any kind. I'm sorry but when the deal is closed there is no going back, so think carefully before bidding.

  • You can redesign your character as many times as you want as long as I keep the credits for the original design.

FAQ

  • What does it mean that "I retain all copyrights (Intellectual property)" of the work? In simple words... You can't say YOU created the drawing or claim it's YOUR art.

  • Do I have to give credits even if I have paid for commercial use? No, but credits are always appreciated ;3

  • What happens if I don't want my commission process to be exposed on your socials? I would appreciate it if you said it before starting work, I have no problem.

  • What happens if the art becomes part of an adopt? No problem! but you should raise the price of the character.

  • What if I have images made in picrew and I want a fullbody with a specific outfit? That's a custom comm babe.

  • Do you make custom carrds? Yeah! Feel free to ask about prices.

  • How can I get my 5% discount? I'll give you a discount if you have more than 2 commissioned works :3 (emotes counts in packs no individual)
